Missio Foundation aims at bringing the abandoned lives to Fullness by taking total care of the HIV positive
Children from major cities. In urban slums, many children are there who are not getting any care, most of them who have already lost their parents because of AIDS.
In India by 2010, the UNAIDS census estimates that around 32,300,000 (8% children) children will be orphaned by this deadly disease.
Facilities
Ensuring access for orphans and vulnerable children to essential services,
including Medical Care, Psychological Support, Nutritional Supplements, and Educational Recreation.
Strengthening the capacity of families to protect and care for orphans and vulnerable children by prolonging the lives of parents
and providing medical, psychosocial and other support.
Raising awareness at all levels through advocacy and social mobilisation to create a supportive environment for children affected by HIV/AIDS.
Networking with Government Organisations and International Agencies for better management of HIV/AIDS.
