Guiding Principles
1. INTEGRAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT-  Giving Opportunity to realize the full potential of     their God-given gifts and talents towards the fullness of life.
2. SOLIDARITY-  Being with the poor in their struggles for justice, and actively     participating in their efforts to achieve self-reliance and empowerment.
3. GENDER EQUALITY-  Ensure effective participation of women and marginalized as     decision-makers is crucial in ending inequality, fostering dignity, and enhancing     development outcomes.
4. PARTICIPATORY APPROACH-  People’s right to participate in processes that affect their     lives is to be championed, and their struggle for identity and self-determination     supported.
5. RESPECT AND SENSITIVITY-  People’s cultural/moral values can become a force for     change, and can provide enduring alternatives to myths that run counter to human     values.
